Kevin Moyer is the Program Director for RAC Region 2. He has over 20 years of senior leadership experience helping organizations evolve their operational competencies. From the financial services to healthcare and medical device landscapes, he has led the parts of the organization that face outward to its stakeholders. He develops high-performing teams with an unrelenting passion for service excellence. Kevin is now responsible for ensuring that the performance of the RAC Region 5 RAC meets or exceeds CMS requirements; and foster value-added relationships with CMS, Healthcare Providers, and all valued stakeholders.
Dr. Robert Glenn serves as the Contract Medical Director for the Region 2 Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) at Performant. He possesses over 15 years of regulatory and compliance experience in both the government and commercial coverage spaces. Dr. Glenn has worked as a physician executive on both the provider as well as the payor side during his career and brings this unique experience with him to the RAC program. Prior to his work involving payment integrity he was a family medical physician in southeastern Pennsylvania, as well as a clinical instructor with the University of Pennsylvania School Medicine.
